Soundview Labradors is a small, but serious hobby kennel. We breed for health and temperament first and foremost; and we pay particular attention to the AKC breed standard. We are located in eastern Pennsylvannia.

We breed quality AKC Black, Yellow & Chocolate Labradors from parents with OFA Hips, Elbow & Eye Clearances.

Who We Are

We are located on 3.5 acres on top of Valley Forge Mountain in beautiful Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Summers are spent in Nags Head, North Carolina. Our dogs get plenty of exercise swimming in the pool in Pennsylvania and in Roanoke Sound in North Carolina.

All of our dogs are distinct members of our household. They live in the house and sleep by our beds in crates or in the bed with us. They travel with us to and from North Carolina, on occasions they go to the office with Dad (this is their favorite time), play hide and seek with the kitties, but usually play outside with Mom while she gardens. Our Labradors are part of every facet of our lives.

The health of each of our Labradors is of the utmost importance to us, to that end we make sure they are all OFA Certified and CERF cleared annually.


Susan Hagner of Soundview Labradors is a member of the LRC, Inc., Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac, Raleigh-Durham Labrador Retriever Club, Coastal South Carolina Labrador Retriever Club and on the Board of the newly formed Keystone Labrador Retriever Club.
